We open the Hall as a bar ourselves on Fridays and Saturdays, except during the summery months.

Thanks to the help of Visit Brussels our Hall is now equipped with a ventilation system that changes the air every half hour.

You can rent the Hall for 1815 euro (including VAT).

Available furniture

160 chairs, 20 tables, 10 standing tables, 30 bar stools, stage of 2×6 meters.
There is a light system in place that shouldn’t be changed during rentals. There are spots that highlight the stage area, spots that brighten up the entire hall and spots that can be used for an evening reception.

The big event hall is wheelchair accessible.

Catering

You can opt for a self-service of coffee, tea and water during the entire event for a flat fee of 6 euro per person.
If you would like a healthy and organic breakfast option, this can be arranged by us for 8,5 euro per person.
For lunch we can deliver sandwiches at 10 euro per person.

For food you are free to work with a catering company of your choosing. Au Bassin doesn’t provide catering apart from breakfast and sandwiches but we can propose catering companies we know and love.
